ESIC MTS Exam Pattern 2023
Preliminary and Mains Exams will be used to select candidates for ESIC Multi Tasking Staff positions. Both phases will consist of Objective Type tests, with negative marking for each incorrect answer. The ESIC MTS Prelims will be of a qualifying nature, whereas the ESIC MTS Mains will be used to determine final selection. The ESIC MTS Exam Pattern for each level is mentioned in detail below. The medium of examination in both the preliminary and main examinations for the post of MTS in various regions has been altered, as described at the end of this article.
Preliminary Exam for ESIC MTS Phase 1
- The preliminary examination will be worth 200 points.
- A total of 100 questions will be asked, with each question worth two points.
- The examination will last one hour and sixty minutes.
- For each erroneous answer, a 14th mark is deducted.

ESIC MTS Phase-2 Mains Exam
- A total number of 200 questions will be asked in Phase-II Exam.
- The exam will be conducted for 200 marks (1 mark for each question).

- There will be a penalty of ¼th mark for each incorrect answer.
