Sahara Refund Portal Objective

The Government of India has developed the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal to allow people to withdraw money from Sahara India. Investors’ funds stranded in Sahara India will be refunded Through this portal. All investors must register their information on the Sahara India Refund Portal. Following which their deposited funds will be reimbursed to their accounts in a timely manner.

Sahara Refund Portal Launch Date

The Ministry of Cooperation, Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Government of India, formally inaugurated the Sahara Refund Portal on July 18, 2023. The webpage intends to make the refund procedure easier for the approximately 10 crore investors in Sahara Group’s cooperative societies, who are waiting for their deposits to be returned.

How to Apply CRCS Sahara Refund Portal Registration Form

Application procedure: The candidates can apply through the official website, the link for which is mocrefund.crcs.gov.in. Follow the instructions given below for the online form of Sahara Refund Portal: –

  • First of all, visit mocrefund.crcs.gov.in or click on the link given below.
  • Enter the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar number, 10-digit Aadhaar-linked mobile number and captcha on the depositor registration page.
  • Click on “Submit” to proceed.
  • Enter the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar number and the 10-digit mobile number linked to Aadhaar on the depositor login page of the CRCS portal.
  • Click on “Get six-digit OTP” to get a one-time password on your registered mobile number.
  • Enter the six-digit OTP received and click on ‘Verify OTP to Enter “to log in.
  • Accept the terms and conditions by clicking “I Agree.”
  • On the personal details screen, provide your 12-digit Aadhaar number and click on “Get OTP” to verify your details.
  • Details including Aadhaar user’s first name, middle name, last name, date of birth (DOB) and father / husband’s name will be displayed.
  • Alternatively, you can enter your email address.
  • Provide details of the certificate of deposit.
  • Click on “Submit Claim” to proceed.
  • Fill in your refund claim details correctly as corrections may not be possible later.
  • Attach a photo as proof.
