The Sales HR Business Partner will be an Individual contributor who will have the responsibility for effective people management of the aligned business area spanning ~ 200 – 300 employees across sales functions and spread across North & East. S/he will engage with regional business leaders to enable and impact business success. The role will ideate, conceptualize and implement various people initiatives which are enablers to the business in their growth strategies. S/he will also be responsible for anchoring employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, succession planning, and talent acquisition. Strategic People Interventions: · Implementation of people strategy & organization design to address the current & future business challenges & opportunities. · Strongly partner with businesses to surface ground-level risks/ challenges being faced, and help devise solutions for the same. · Review and analyze department-level data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. · Be abreast of the latest trends in the industry in terms of best practices in HR and recommend improvements basis the same · Implement and track communication plans for a defined area of responsibility. · Coordinate the performance review & appraisal process. Recruitment and On-Boarding: · Coordinating with respective HODs and identifying positions to be filled up. · Analysing job requirements and preparing Job descriptions and specifications. · Build reports being presented to the rest of the team and top management. · Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. · Manage onboarding and induction for the new hires. Growth Planning and Control Mechanism: · Contributing in the annual headcount planning and budget exercise. · Coordinating with the concerned HODs to arrive at the final headcount numbers required as per the Annual operating plan. · Implementation of and keeping a track of the approved headcount plan as per the budget and planning. Xiaomi Jobs Exit Management: · Conduct exit interviews for all employees · Maintain and analyze exit interview data · Loop back the feedback/ insights gained from analysis and interviews to identify areas of opportunity · Track and follow through on agreed improvement areas Xiaomi Jobs Rewards and Recognition: · Coordinate with concerned hods for various programs. · Conceptualize & execute monthly and quarterly programs based on the various criteria. · Coordinate and align project plans, communication, and related efforts with HR initiatives. Employee Engagement: · Regularly visiting various offices in the regions and interacting with the employees. · Work with business stakeholders to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives. · Identifying needs/problems of employees through formal/ informal channels and working to address them. Xiaomi Jobs Skills: · Strong business acumen with a strategic and advisory perspective · Creative insight and delivery of practical people solutions to meet business challenges · Results-orientation with a superior ability to execute as well as creatively solve problems · Combined analytical and persuasion skills with a comfort and flexibility level to work with all levels of the organization including senior management · Ability to analyze human capital data to identify business improvement opportunities · Sound problem-solving, conflict resolution, and project management experience and abilities. · Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment · Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills The candidate should be a postgraduate in HR/IR from any management institute with at least 5-6 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience.
