Job DescriptionProduct designers create accessible, aesthetically appealing, and meaningful products that people are able to use with ease and delight. You are able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You will also be expected to contribute to design systems, UX strategy, and design libraries, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate designs in accordance with usertesting and usage data
Roles & Responsibilities
Partner closely with cross-functional members to define user needs, opportunity space, and product requirements. Define design direction in close collaboration with other Designers, Researchers, Writers, and Analytics to define the approach, tone, personality, ease of use, and end-to-end flows. Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensuring product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process. Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive user focus, creativity, efficiency, and product excellence. Influence and adapt to stakeholders and their feedback. Provide leadership, and direction, and educate cross-functional partners on the role of Product Design throughout the product development process. Identify and measure metrics of improvements in product experiences across the platform
Eligibility
7-10 years of relevant industry experience. Experience designing products or product ecosystems. experience with Media, OTT, and accessibility best practices. Knowledge of technology and related products, including Web, Mobile, Android, Smart TV, and iOS platform. Familiarity with design, technology, psychology, and research principles. Ability to lead, collaborate, and influence (with and without formal authority) engineering, design, and product management teams.
