| Bajaj Finance Job Vacancy 2022 Duties and Responsibilities – General Admin (Facility Management & R&M) 1. Control branch OPEX expenses within the set budget. 2. Maintain regular Maintenance & Hygiene of branches. 3. Timely closer on Issues including R& M activity. 4. Timely Payment of branch expense bills. 5. Expense control of general expenses of branches. 6. Branch Feedback of employees & seniors visiting branches. 7. Maintain proper data/records of all expenses of all locations managers & supervised. | |
| Duties and Responsibilities;- Bajaj Finance Job Vacancy 2022 General Manager (Institutional Management & R&M) 1. Manage OPEX branch expenses within budget. 2. Maintain General Care and Branch Hygiene. 3. Timely Authorization In Issues Involving R&M Work. 4. Timely Payment of Branch Expenses. 5. General branch expenditure management. 6. Branch Response for staff and elders visiting branches. 7. Keep proper data/records of all expenses of all property managers and managers. 8. Monthly branch visits. Infrastructure (NEW AND BASE PROJECTS) 1. Identification of new buildings according to the needs of each company (Location and price). 2. Close documents and official permit. 3. Ending community service (as required). 4. Installation of furniture and appliances. 5. Communication with infra vendors. 6. Ensuring that the branch is completed and properly transferred to the TAT business Compliance with the Act;- Bajaj Finance Job Vacancy 1. Ensure that the LOI is properly signed within the TAT. (within 5 working days of obtaining legal approval and stabilization 2. Ensuring that the lease agreement is properly signed within the TAT. (within 10 working days from signing the LOI 3. Ensuring that the lease agreement is properly registered within the TAT. (within 20 working days of obtaining approval from H.O) The application for 4 stores and services is processed and the certificate is properly processed within the TAT. (within 10 days of branch completion) 5. Safety-related equipment is up to date under AMC and renewals are being made prior to the expiry of the contract. 6. Renewal of all lease agreements and AMC contracts entered into before the expiry date. 7. Ensuring that all official documents/certificates are displayed in a standard place (reception area) in accordance with compliance. | |
