Task Title: Assistant Manager (Catalog Build, Uninstall and Check)

Workplace: Chennai

Key areas of commitment:

Build product models in Sofon, Siebel and eDMR
Create and Distribute Market Catalog in Siebel, Sofon, and MR
Verify / check models for Siebel, Sofon, and eDMR
Manage Business & Market releases
Participate in pre-and post-release testing and participate in testing when changes are made to APTTUS and eDMR.
It should be a person who can translate needs into a working model without much contact with the Business; requires close collaboration with the PCM advisory role

Opening time (TAT)
PDCA Data Quality
Kaizens delivered
Satisfaction of business / market / job participants
Service delivery performance (volume, quality, time) individual participants
Performance improvement service (% productivity enhancement)

Skills Needed:

To better understand operational service processes
Information on data management tools
Toolbar information (required): SAP, DMR, Siebel, SOFON, APTTUS, SalesForce, Windchill
Experience working in the middle team to integrate content into systems
Problem solving and communication
Ability to improve the process
Mindset service, which focuses on process efficiency and data quality
An active concept with knowledge in a related field
