The online examinations for the upcoming Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs XIII) for recruitment of Group “A”- Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”- Office Assistants (Multipurpose) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) as per the tentative schedule provided below. The interviews for recruitment of Group “A”- Officers (Scale-I, II & III) under the same process will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the assistance of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority tentatively scheduled in the month of November 2024

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS RRB XIII Recruitment 2024
Prospective Candidates should ensure that they fulfil the specified eligibility criteria before applying for the CRP:
Candidates may please note that the eligibility criteria specified is the basic criteria for appointment to the aforesaid posts in the Regional Rural Banks. However merely applying for, qualifying in the CRP and getting provisionally allotted in one of the RRBs does not imply that a candidate will necessarily be eligible for employment in any of the Regional Rural Banks. It is expressly clarified that the ultimate authority
for recruitment is the Regional Rural Bank itself. The RRB concerned may, in its sole discretion, reject the candidature of anyone provisionally allotted to it through the CRP.
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire,
Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Educational Qualification for IBPS RRB XIII Recruitment 2024
The candidates should hold the minimum required qualification as mentioned in the below table from a recognized University/Board. Check the academic qualifications and experience required to apply for the posts released by Regional Rural Banks in India from the table below.

Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Regional Rural Banks (listed at Table A) as Group “A”-Officers (Scale- I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistants (Multipurpose), must register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP for RRBs- XIII). A candidate can apply for the Post of Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer. However, a candidate can apply for only one post in officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale III. Selection Process For IBPS RRB XIII Recruitment 2024
The IBPS RRB XIII Recruitment 2024 Selection Process involves two stages: Prelims and Mains. On the other hand, the IBPS PO or Officer Scale I examination involves three stages: Prelims, Mains, and Interviews. As for the IBPS Officer Grade II (General Banking Officer and Specialist Cadre) and III, there is a single-window exam known as the IBPS Officer Grade II Exam, followed by an Interview. To secure a position in any of these posts, candidates must successfully clear each stage of the respective examinations.

RRB Clerk Exam Pattern
IBPS has also released the exam pattern and syllabus for IBPS RRB Officer Scale 1, 2, 3, and Office Assistant posts along with the IBPS RRB notification 2024 pdf. The exam pattern for the selection to the post of Office Assistant is quite different from that of the exam pattern for the selection to the post of Officer Grade. For IBPS RRB Assistant 2024, the Exam will be conducted in two phases:
• Preliminary Exam
• Mains Exam
No interview process will be conducted for selecting candidates for the post of Office Assistant. Selection will be made purely on the marks obtained by the candidate in his/her Mains Examination.
