The Physical Fitness Test includes Running 1.6 km, 20 Squat ups, and 10 push-ups, all three activities should be done continuously. Stage 3 After the completion of phases 1 and 2, a list of all levels of India will be prepared and the nominees will be invited to Phase 3. Stage 3 will last 2 to 3 days and will cover the following activities.
Document Verification The last drugs in INS Chilka Original Document Delivery Police Verification Section 4 Stage 4 is the final stage of the recruitment process, entrants to phase 3 will be temporarily screened for training in INS Chilka as they submit all their paperwork for certification.
