Program/Project Management

Effectively partner with the business, peers, members of functional and worldwide HR teams, HR Shared Services, and Centers of Excellence and successfully drive HR programs
HR Programs: Status Reports and drive for completion (Goal Setting, Learning & Development, Performance Management…)
Drive and implement HR Calendar and Global HR Project BMS
Overall Budget Management
Global Awards management at various levels
Workforce Planning :

Track & maintain accurate employee data and make related analyses; Hiring Approval Management
HR/People Analytics Reporting and Dashboards
Workday Champion (HR Operations tool)
Others :

Manage any other work projects and/or responsibilities that may be assigned by your manager from time to time.
Conduct industry benchmarking/studies to ensure best practices are utilized.
Conduct and organize team meetings, activities, workshops, and support employee events as needed
Proactively optimize HR processes to drive efficiency as needed
Participate in global cross-functional projects
