YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES – Security Team Leader Job

• Safety and Security Team leader is the person who will lead the security and security team consisting of external security personnel for the implementation of the above policy, by training the security guards and colleagues, constantly monitoring and directing the fire prevention in the store physically. . safety equipment, colleague and customer safety issues to prevent fire, accident, internal and external crimes.

YOU WILL BE
• Continue to develop the leadership of each team member to further recruit and develop a dodgy store team.
• Provision and provide a system for both retail and expansion (including store restructuring project).
• Collaborate with store managers to define store risk targets, targets, and practices throughout the relevant year by realizing current business conditions, employee safety, and security awareness, and results of sales reviews
• Monitor the day-to-day safety and security of the store and ensure that the safety and security of the store meet the IKEA team’s requirements and local government regulations.
• Monitoring the investigation of general store incidents and executing confidential litigation.
• Coordinating the communication process and practices with the insurance company.

• Consult store ERT and management on handling any emergency and provide management with appropriate feedback according to IKEA Retail ERP to minimize potential losses and risks.
• Appropriately report and respond quickly to all internal and external emergencies.
