American Airlines Center What you’ll do
Analyzes enrollment information to determine the correctness of executive welfare plans and government assistance plans, including clinical, dental, visionary, adaptable spending and investment accounts, salary assurance benefits, retirement plans, and various benefit programs including health and intentional benefits.
Performs complex logical work on the side of the benefit investigation part associated with benefit qualification, subordinate confirmation, living situations, COBRA organization, and extraordinary projects, eg deleted bank change, prosperity rewards, exit programs, early retirement programs and coming soon.
Deciphers the benefits organization rules, plan essentials, and JCBA arrangements
Breaks down JCBA arrangements and works with benefits managers to plan utility and execute robotics. Conducts testing and creates a climate for accuracy
Characterizes needs and plans for an enhanced client experience with an emphasis on continuous improvement during the onboarding process, life-changing situations, annual induction, separation cycle, or survivor support
Creates a detailed dashboard using statistics, board case, and acceleration information. It mitigates acceleration by examining patterns and suggesting process improvements
Promotes the accountability of external providers by approving the correctness of information to guarantee the greatest possible transfer of administration according to the transfer of benefits rules and levels of administration
Reviews targeting execution and examines information (volume, processing time, response speed, etc.) to increase staffing during peak periods such as annual enrollment
Creates introductions and composed materials to give representatives a sense of our benefits program. Creates and reviews benefit exchanges and keeps up with external and internal locations
