Client Service Analyst

Provide Service and Operations support to the branch customers
Ensure that DB standards with respect to Customer Service, Compliance, Operations and Corporate Security are adhered to
Ensure total compliance of al regulatory and compliance guidelines (both internal and external)
Single point contact for Branch Operations and Service
Operations Representative at the Branch
Manage all Branch Customer service-related activities
Ensure that all branch transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Responsible for maintaining customer complaints/request records at the branches.

Service

Manage all activities related to the Branch Customer service
Ensure that all branch activities are monitored accurately and timely.
You are responsible for keeping customer complaints/records at branches
Supervises the Full Customer Service at the Branch. Rated
Customer complaints are related to the branch
Service Request Pending
Another source of information such as a customer service survey
Working with controls

Manage all branch-related activities
Gates account opening, Demat account opening, insurance forms, and investments
Managing Suspicious Account
Daily Report Monitoring
KYC Regularization and KYC renewal monitoring
Reduce / Manage Ops Loss
Conduct business training / senior KYC staff and other important operational processes
Completion of Essential Work Circulars for former office workers
There is a responsibility to ensure that Fees / Costs from customers are charged for operations performed at branches and any deviations are reported.
To ensure a satisfactory audit balance in all internal and external audits

Source leads / transfers from incoming/existing customers and reduces delays between transfers and business closures
Ensure success as a Service Outcome Card in deepening unsuitable customers through customer communication management
Official call service for all new customers to bank customers and domain of eligible/unsuitable customers
Cost

Ensure that Branch Ops and service-related expenses are budgeted
Continue to review costs to ensure that cost estimates are made according to Vendor and People costs.
