Telephone Operator Job in Maharashtra Responsibilities:

Telephone Operator Services: Perform the following functions during normal business hours.
Assist callers with USAG-KA Business Directory listings.
Perform USAG-KA Business Directory updates and verification.
Dial assistance.
Offnet and call redirection.
Assist telecom work center with bridge scheduling assignments.
Post Locator
Update and verify “White Pages” directory.
Maintain official post calling roster.
Maintain post phone book.
Assist with Remedy queue management of VIP, Priority, and emergency call routing and notification for all work centers.
NEC Call routing and back up.
NEC Testing Center proctor.
Other duties as assigned.

1 year of customer service experience.
​​​​​​ High school diploma or the equivalent.
Possess good listening and communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a courteous and professional manner with customers, co-workers, and community.
Interim Secret clearance, mu.st be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
