• Min qualification: Certified Fire and Safety course as per norms
• Should have good communication in English, Hindi, and the local language.
• 02 to 05 Years of experience in Safety function in large-scale High rise buildings, Malls, IT Parks, Commercial Complexes, etc.Should explain safety measures at the site to new joined employees & labor.
• Knowledge of the usage of Safety tools & equipment. o, Need to make sure that all the employees are following safety norms.
• Implementation of Permit to work system ( New Contractor safety work permit, Lockout Tag-out, electrical Safety and Working at height, Hot work permit, etc.) o Implementation of local emergency protocols and procedures and updated as and when required. o, Conduct mock drills as per local emergency protocols and procedures.
• Operation and Autonomous maintenance of all Fire protection and preventive equipment.
• Refilling and frequent inspection of All Fire extinguishers and all Safety equipment.
